* Over 6 years of Information Technology Industry experience in Requirement analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems
* Able to do a High Level Design and Low Level Design
* Understand Pega Design Methodologies
* Over 3 years of experience in Pega/PRPC application development
* Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL
* Experience in Websphere or Weblogic Application Server and Tomcat
* Strong Object Oriented Programming experience
* Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Team mentoring and Extensive client interaction
* Industry domain expertise in BFSI space and HealthCare
* 1 Year experience in any Solution Framework Preferred
